8. Ensuring Transaction Security at Zisell.com

9. Service Suspension
Zisell will suspend service in the following cases:
- Customers intentionally provide incorrect information, misinformation, or falsify information.

In such cases, the Customer Support team will follow these steps:
Step 1. Notify the cancellation of the order and refund the money to the Zisell account.
Step 2. Request customer information to withdraw money to the customer’s bank account. *Note: The account receiving the refund must match the account that previously sent the money.
Step 3. Process the withdrawal to the customer’s account.
Step 4. Send a confirmation email regarding: order cancellation, refund to the rightful account with a specific reason.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
A. Exchange of new codes for defective products: unable to enter the code, incorrect code.
B. Warranty for products according to the time stated in product details
C. Refund for orders purchased on Zisell if the product is defective and cannot be rectified. ()
D. Dcoin’s sole purpose is to purchase goods at Zisell.com. Once loaded, it cannot be converted into cash for any reason.
F. Any misuse of Dcoin is considered a serious violation of Zisell’s terms and policies. Zisell has the right to permanently lock the account and the Dcoin in the account.
G. Customers are responsible for notifying and cooperating in returning Zisell’s assets in case of system errors or any other incidents.
H. Zisell accounts cannot be used for any form of intermediary trading/exchange. If discovered, Zisell has the right to permanently lock the account and the Dcoin without prior notice.
I. “We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone” We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone – whom we believe is not a polite customer and may negatively impact our genuine customers.
J. When customers do not comply with Zisell’s terms and policies, we have the right to handle the cases according to regulations. Cases not mentioned in the regulations but affecting Zisell will be decided by Zisell. No prior notice is required in any case.
K. Zisell’s decision is final.
