Refund Policy

1. Introduction

At Zisell, we provide various account types, including Premium and Pro, at affordable prices. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

2. Right to Withdraw

Under EU law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire 14 days from the date of the conclusion of the contract.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory. 

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, without undue delay and within 14 days of being informed of your decision to withdraw. Any supplementary delivery costs resulting from your choice of a non-standard delivery method will not be reimbursed.

3. Conditions for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • The request for a refund must be made within 14 days of the purchase date.
  • The service must not have been used for more than 50% of its total duration.
  • You must provide proof of purchase.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds in the following situations:

  • If the service has been significantly used or consumed (more than 50% of its duration).
  • If you have violated our terms of service.
  • If technical issues were caused by your own systems or internet service provider.
  • Products are not covered by warranty, as stated in the product description prior to purchase.
  • We are not responsible for account suspensions or limitations resulting from your violation of the service provider’s terms and conditions for upgraded accounts.

5. Refund Process

To request a refund, please contact us at work.zisell@gmail.com with your order details and the reason for the refund request. We will evaluate your request and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 14 days.

If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
